A blend of lemon & apple juice concentrates, HFCS, citric acid and natural flavors designed to make a fermentable base for a hard lemonade blend at 9.6 Brix. The product is blended, pasteurized, filled into ½ gallon containers, 5 gallon pails or 52 gallon drums, and stored at ambient temperature.
