Fermaid K

Provides DAP, free amino acids, yeast hulls, unsaturated fatty acids, and other helpful products to encourage the yeast to maintain their strong cell walls in a high-alcohol environment. They also keep the yeast from providing off flavors due to stress, and help keep the yeast in suspension.

Fermaid K is added to the fermenting wine after 1/3 sugar depletion. You do not need to add any additional fertilizers or DAP when adding Fermaid K. Use approximately 1 gram per gallon. Rehydrate in distilled water.
