This adapter lets you fit a standard Mason Jar to the bottom of the 7.9 Gallon FastFerment for yeast collection. Also includes a 1/2" hose barb adapter which screws into the bottom where the Mason Jar goes. Lets you use economical Mason Jars for yeast harvesting.
