Used for clearing hazes from wine. Use 4 teaspoons to 1 1/3 cup warm water.
Comes from the clay family. Clarifies wine and beer by bonding principally to proteins which then precipitate.
Used in red and white wines commonly.
Affects - negatively charged particles.
