Use to clean old oak barrels and prepare new barrels.
When working with a barrel that has been previously used first rinse with water. Then put 3 oz of Barolkleen for each gallon of water. Move the blend around for about 30 minutes then drain the blend and rinse with water.
When working with a new barrel use a 5 to 1 ratio of Barolkeleen. Prepare 5 gallons of hot water and 1 lb of Barolkleen, fill your barrel and leave sit for 48 hours. Then drain and rinse the barrel thoroughly. For best results rinse with 2 gallons of water and a blend of citric acid of 1 oz and 2 oz of sodium sulfite.
