Description Of Kit-   A medium-light bodied ale with a deep red hue.   Our Red Ale is smooth and easy drinking.   Nice balance of caramel malts and low hop bitterness creates a refreshing brew.

Difficulty Level-   Easy

ABV-   4.9% - 5.5%

IBU's-   25 - 29

Original Gravity-   1.053 - 1.057

Final Gravity-   1.015 - 1.019
