Mini jet Wine Filter. Pump driven, uses 3 levels of filtration to remove sediment down to 0.5 microns. Most commonly used method is to fine first and then filter with just the sterile pads. This ensures the best clarity without removing so much that the color of the wine is changed significantly.

A two plate filter using disc pads to clarify wine and beer. Must be used with an additional tank/pump or a keg system. Pads, tank, pump not included.

Potassium Metabisulfite (2oz). Provides sulfites necessary for SO2 in wine.

Gelatin Finings (1oz). Good fining agent, especially in white wines. 1 tsp in 5 gallons of wine, 1/2 tsp in 5 gallons of beer.

8oz bag. Clarifier consisting of a special type of clay that bonds ionically to particles in beer and wine.

Glycerine U.S.P. (4oz). Wine use 1-2oz per gallon.

Potassium Sorbate. 1 lb bag. 1/2 tsp/gallon to prevent renewed fermentation.
